London City

“In London, the creative industries generate £47 billion per annum and the creative economy accounts for 1 in 6 jobs. This is one of the fastest growing sectors of London’s economy and, across the UK, the number of people working in these industries is growing at almost three times the national average. Many of these jobs are ‘future proof’ because 87 per cent of creative occupations are at low risk of automation” (Mayor of London – Skills for Londoners Strategy 2018)

OUR PURPOSE

We want to help as many people to achieve their ambitions as possible.

Creative media is a rapidly growing sector. It can be, however, a difficult industry to access – particularly for groups that are currently underrepresented.

With the support of the Mayor of London, we want to address this imbalance by offering free online multimedia qualifications, particularly to those who would otherwise find access to these difficult. In doing so, we aim to improve digital skills and provide opportunities for further training, employment and enterprise within the creative industries.
